COOMBES requires an experienced Project Manager to effectively manage, plan and deliver a varied programme of multi-disciplinary Rail Civils projects that meet with, or better, our clients’ expectations.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing and tracking Rail Civils contracts from tender through to completion, ensuring all works are delivered on time, to budget and in compliance with internal quality standards and Network Rail requirements. You will have extensive experience within Rail Civils, you will have gained a thorough understanding of CDM role and SHEQ responsibilities on site.
As an effective leader, you’ll have the skills to empower, motivate and manage delivery teams to confidently carry out their duties and excel in their role. Your proactive and confident communication skills will allow you to adeptly lead all day-to-day interactions between the project teams and client helping to build and maintain positive, collaborative working relationships.
As well as sharing the ethos and values of our Company, candidates should have the following:
• Experience in a similar Project Management role within the Rail industry
• Full UK driving licence
• PTS & COSS
• A site safety management qualification, such as SMSTS or IOSH.
